This is not a common recipe, because in addition to potatoes, carrots are fried and cucumbers are not used. But the salad is juicy and tasty.
I did it with the simplest decoration option, but the guests still liked the salad.
Instead of steaks, you can use ham. But I think chicken is more tasty.
- Papa – three or four large
- Onions – 2 pcs.,
- Carrot – four large,
- Eggs – five or six,
- Chicken (boiled or smoked) – 300 g without bones,
- Mayonnaise – four – five tablespoons,
- Mustard – 1 tablespoon.,
- Garlic – 1-2 teeth,
- Dill, parsley.
I think this salad is tastier with smoked chicken.
2. Cut the potatoes into small straws (as an option, you can grate them for the Korean carrot).

- Peking or ordinary cabbage – 100 grams,
- Cheese – 100 grams,

- 5 nuts (can be almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts),

8. Put all the cuts in a separate bowl, mix, add mayonnaise to taste (about 5 tablespoons). Chopped peanuts
Put the salad mixture on the plate and form a nest. Place the peeled and shredded ingredients on top (to which no mayonnaise was added).
Deepen by covering the finely chopped nuts and put the quail eggs there.
The lettuce nest can be made by placing the ingredients in layers. And you can decorate not only the eggs, but also make figures of the deaf.
