But we do not always have so much time in stock. In this case, we will prepare cucumbers without brine, in a package. They are a little different in taste, like the “brothers” of their classic salty.
But its flavor is very subtle and original.
- medium cucumbers – 500-600 grams,
- Salt stone – 1 teaspoon,
- Eneldo – a small group,
- Garlic – 2-3 teeth (may be more)

In this recipe, I use the usual package as a plate. But it is more convenient to use a special package with a zipper.
It is much denser than a regular package. Well, the presence of closure makes our life easier.
Step by step recipe for salty cucumbers in the package:
To chop cucumbers, do not forget to soak them in cold water for a couple of hours. We take our fruits out of the water.
Cut the ends. Cut them in 2-4 pieces lengthwise. Someone cut thick rings.
At your discretion. And immediately add in the package.
Finely ground dill with a sharp knife. Send to package.
Garlic very finely chopped. You can use it for this garlic.
Pour in a package on cucumbers.
Now we go out. Here it is better not to hurry, it is better to first go out a little, try it and then dosolit at ease.
Salt is better to take the more ordinary, large. Extra and iodized will not work.
Now firmly tie the package or close it with a zipper. Leave some space in the bag to facilitate the mixing of our cucumbers.
Shake several times so that the salt, dill and garlic are evenly distributed over the cucumbers.
For greater reliability, we will put one more package, because there will be a lot of juice in the package.
We leave our package for 20-25 minutes. During this time, it is convenient to shake the bag 2-3 times.
After 20 minutes you can enjoy lightly salty crunchies.
Cucumbers, cooked according to this recipe, will be more delicious and spicy, if they are found longer in the package. But after 20 minutes they can be put on the table.
How to prepare cucumbers without brine, you think. Do not worry everything is going to be okay. In the process of pickling the cucumbers will give juice, this will be the brine.
It may happen that someone does not have enough acidity in these cucumbers. Then you can add apple cider vinegar or lemon juice 1 tablespoon, about 1 kilogram of cucumbers.
