I never got the right cake. I tried dozens of recipes, I even persuaded my husband to buy a new combination!
Dream of cooking perfect cake Little by little it rolled towards the abyss, but suddenly it was with an unusual recipe.
There is nothing to lose, I lost so many times that one more thing will not affect my culinary skills. Of particular interest in the new recipe caused an unusual ingredient – boiling water. And the miracle happened!
The cakes were so airy and soft that I did not have time to smear them with cream and make a cake, since my family ate it all at once!
To prepare the cake, you will need a very simple set of products. It is better to use a mixer to mix, I do not know if the dough will rise, if you beat it with a normal beater.
The first time I cooked a cookie in the oven, but then I tried baking in a slow cooker, it was excellent in both cases!
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons high grade flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon. milk
- 1/2 art. sunflower oil
- 5 tablespoons l cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1.5 teaspoons soda
- 1/2 teaspoon citric acid
- 1 tablespoon. boiling water
Instead of vanilla sugar, you can use vanilla extract, citric acid can be replaced with lemon juice, but you must add it at the end. Be sure to use soda and baking powder.
If you drink a soft drink, the dough will have a soapy taste, if a baking powder does not rise well.
- Turn on the oven before cooking, it should be heated to 200 degrees. Prepare the mold in advance, cover it with parchment and in no case do not lubricate the edges, otherwise the cake will not be uniform, but a slope.
- Mix all the dry ingredients and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a blender, add the milk and butter and continue beating for a few seconds.
Cake “Chocolate in boiling water” It is very soft and airy. As a cream, you can use sour cream whipped with sugar or cream, condensed milk with butter or classic buttercream.
For the last option, the cakes should be further saturated with sweet syrup.
Spread a cherry or sliced banana between layers without fear. If you pour chocolate glaze over the cake and decorate it in an original way, you will get a wonderful festive dessert.
Cook “Chocolate in the boiling water” in a slow cooker Even easier than in the oven! The ingredients and the method of preparation are exactly as described above, but there are some secrets.
- Do not knead the dough in the container and do not grease it with butter.
- Set the mode “Bake” (180 degrees) and bake the cake for 60-80 minutes, check the preparation with a wooden stick.
- When the cookie is completely baked, place it on the rack or on any shape with holes. They will create additional ventilation, which will allow the baking to not accumulate condensate.
To make the cookie bake well and come out without a lid, seal the divided shape foil fur coat. Spread a damp towel over the foil and cover it with another sheet.
Fold a small rectangle whose height is equal to the height of the shape. You can take a roll out of the towel and wrap it around a uniform.
Then wrap the form with another sheet of aluminum foil that holds the towel.
