This recipe is the favorite of many housewives, as it requires the necessary ingredients. Juicy cherries combined with a soft and airy dough: this is what you need in the summer.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Remove the cherry’s bones. Flip the berries in a colander to stack the juice.
- Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl until small bubbles appear.
- Pour the kefir and mix.
- In the liquid mass sift the flour with baking powder. Adjust the amount of flour. The dough should fall from the spoon with difficulty, that is, be the same as in the pancakes.
- Grease a baking dish with a diameter of 18 centimeters with butter. Fill it with dough.
- Spread cherries evenly over the dough. Put the cake in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
Cake of the series, when you want something for tea, but laziness is busy, ready. Let the dessert cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
