Layered Salad - Festiva

Salad in layers of chicken and mushrooms. The classic of the genre at the New Year table is very tasty and satisfying, and the nuts in a salad give it a spicy touch. Each layer is stained with mayonnaise, but its quantity can vary according to your desire, I try to put less mayonnaise and I omit some thin layers completely, which does not make it dry, but less rich in calories.

Cook with pleasure and with the next vacation!

  • chicken breast halved
  • Fried mushrooms with onions (200g mushrooms + 1 onion)
  • 100 gr. Of cheese
  • 5 nuts
  • 4 eggs (whites and yolks separately)
  • Mayonnaise

At the beginning, I cook the chicken breast in salted water with rosemary, bay leaf, allspice and black peppercorns.

Fry the mushrooms with thyme onion, salt and pepper.

First layer chicken breast finely chopped

Second layer mushrooms

Third layer grated cheese

fourth layer squirrels rubbed

(then repeat the layers again)

Last upper layer grated yolks

I decorated the salad with sprigs of dill and viburnum (I make an imitation of the spruce branch
