We suggest you experiment a bit and cook something unusual. radish salad. The bright green dressing based on classic thick yogurt in an unusual way transforms the usual combination of flavors.
1. Clean and chop hard boiled eggs.
2. Radish, wash, remove lids and tails. Press down or tap on each heavy thing so that the vegetable breaks.
Cut the lobes too large. With the same heavy object, crush the cucumbers a little.
Cut them into medium pieces.
3. Grind the washed vegetables and garlic, place them in the blender bowl. Add salt to taste, olive oil, beat until smooth.
