First, prepare the broth, it is advisable to cook it in advance.

At high heat, let it boil, remove the foam, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook over the meat until well cooked.
After boiling, add half of the cleaned carrots and half of the onion, remember to periodically remove the foam that appears.

Remove the cooked meat, carrots, onions and broth, it is better to strain them.
Prepare cucumbers, they are better cleaned of the skin.
Cut them into small pieces, first make longitudinal cuts on the plates.
Cut them in half lengthwise and cut them into pieces so they fit comfortably in a spoon when you eat.
We put them in a small saucepan, we throw a little water and we light them fire, we need to extinguish them a little so that they soften.

When the potatoes are cooked, place the stewed cucumbers with onion, add pepper and, as soon as the soup begins to boil, a couple of bay leaves.
Let the soup simmer for a few minutes, turn off the heat and let stand for 15 minutes.
Placing the dishes, we put olives, sour cream, greens and a lemon circle in each one.
