And although the recipe provided today is not one, but several, in fact, they are not very different from each other. Since there is no difficulty in preparing the quick salting method in the package.
The difference lies only in the slightly modified composition of the ingredients and the cutting methods of the main product. The cooking speed depends on this, which can vary from a minimum of 5 minutes to a maximum of 5 hours.
And the rest, everything is very, very similar.

- Wait until it is ready

Such cucumbers are completely ready to eat after 5 to 6 hours after salting. But for the preparation it is required to take fruits of the small size.
It is desirable that they were collected the same day and that they were not long in the sun.
The fact is that fruits contain large amounts of water. And during long-term storage is not in the refrigerator, they quickly become slower.
Especially if they are small.
If they had time to lose moisture anyway, soak them in cold water for 1 to 3 hours. They will quickly restore your water balance.
This procedure will allow you to obtain not only delicious, but also crispy cucumbers.

1. Wash the cucumbers, drain them and cut the ends on both sides.
2. Prepare two packages. Insert one into the other.

During this time, the juice will appear in the package. Cucumbers, salt and vegetables will do their job.
Our cucumbers will be salted in this juice. That is why it is necessary to actively stir the contents and move them inwards.

7. At the end of the time, remove the package, untie and place the cucumbers on the plate with the dill and garlic. All this splendor is unrealistic and smells delicious and looks very appetizing!
So, boil the potatoes, while the package with the contents is in the refrigerator, cook the butter and bread. Nothing else is needed for a delicious lunch and dinner.
And be prepared so that the kilogram indicated in the recipe can not be left.

Slightly salted cucumbers in a package, cooked for 2 hours in the refrigerator
If the cucumbers are not salted in their entirety, but are cut, the cooking time can be reduced from two to two and a half times.
To speed up the pickling process, take small fruit.
- Cucumbers – 800 gr
- Salt – 1 teaspoon with hill
- Garlic – 2 – 3 cloves
- dill – 1 bunch
- horseradish – 1 small leaf
- Ground black pepper – pinch (or to taste)
And of course we will need two plastic bags.
Do not forget that if the fruits are slightly wilted, submerge them briefly in cold water. The cucumbers are slow and they are conserved when they are salty.
And if you feed them with missing water, they will turn out not only tasty, but also crispy.
1. Wash the fruits, let the water flow and trim the ends on both sides. Cut them lengthwise in 2 – 4 parts.
Fold immediately in the package, which is immediately reversed in another.
2. Grind the dill. Garlic is skipped through a press or finely chopped.
Horseradish leaf tear into fragments. All this delicious aroma that smells is also put in the package.
Salt content to taste, mix everything well. And then add another good pinch. Add also a pinch of ground black pepper, or a little more if you like it more sharp.
And if it does not use spicy at all, then do not add it at all.
For the aroma, you can even take ground pepper and use peppercorns. Just push two or three peas in a mortar and add them.

3. When folded in the package, all the correct ingredients, zakutyte, or tie firmly. And then shake it very actively up and down, and from side to side. You need to stir until the juice appears in the package.

4. Leave the package for 10 – 15 minutes. Then, unroll, or untie and re-tie, but in such a way that the air layer forms in the package.

5. Once again, gently, stir and put in the refrigerator for one hour, preferably two hours. During each half hour, gently shake the contents, stirring the vegetables and the resulting juice.

6. When the time is up, untie the bag and place the cucumbers on the plate.

- Cucumbers – 1 kg
- Dill – 0.5 bunch
- parsley – 0.5 bunch
- basil – 0.5 bunch (or a little less)

- peppercorns – 0.5 teaspoons

Also, regarding the other recipes proposed today, for this we need small cucumbers. And so that they become crispy, they must be freshly picked.
Try eating a cucumber, and if it is crispy, the sandwich in the final total will also be the same.
If not, dip them in cold water for 1 to 3 hours. During this time they are fed with water in the correct amount.
1. Wash the cucumbers and drain. Then cut the ends of both ends and make small transverse grooves from 2 sides to 2 – 2.5 cm.
2. Dip each tip in salt and put the fruit in a plastic bag, which in turn is inserted into the other bag.
Pour another good pinch of salt into the bag.
3. Cut the vegetables and garlic as small as possible. Garlic can not be cut, and jump through the press.
It will begin to make juice and begin to interact with cucumbers faster. Add the chopped ingredients to the bag.
4. Three – four black peppercorns crushed in a mortar, the rest of the pepper will be left as a whole. Also put everything in the package.

Lightly salted cucumbers in the package – quick recipe in 5 minutes
As you probably have noticed, almost all salty cucumber recipes in a package are similar. They only differ in the method of cutting the main ingredient and in the composition and quantity of additional components.
Therefore, cooking the lightly salted product to the final state in 5 minutes can be any of the methods proposed above, changing only the cutting method.
In this case, it is possible to cut cucumbers either in circles with a thickness of approximately 2 to 3 cm, or in cubes. With this method, the fruit should be cut lengthwise in 4 to 6 parts.
And do not forget that for salting it is better to use medium-sized fruit.
Therefore, if you like any of the proposed methods, use it. But I do not want to repeat myself, and that is why I propose another new recipe.
- Cucumbers – 1 kg
- lime – 2 pieces
- dill – 1 small bunch
- Mint – 3 twigs
- Peas – 3 pieces
- Jamaica pepper – 2 pieces
- Sugar – 1 part teaspoon
- salt – 1 tbsp. spoon with lid
1. Collect the cucumbers thoroughly and cut the tails. If they are not very crispy, soak them in cold water for an hour or two.
Cut them in small barrels no more than 2 cm thick. Fold in a double bag.
2. In a mortar, crush the pepper of two varieties, mix everything together with the sugar and salt.
3. Wash the file, clean with a paper towel and rub the zest, only the green part. Add to crushed dry ingredients, and once more grind everything together.
From the remaining fruits squeeze the juice, right in the package to the cucumbers. Add crushed components.
4. Grind the vegetables and add to it.
5. Pack well and shake well until the juice appears, and not the lime, but the cucumber. Shake very actively, moving all components up and down, side to side.
And so repeat for 5 minutes. In due time, the cucumbers are fully prepared.
Although, if you let them lie down for another 2 to 3 minutes, this will make them even more tasty.
You can change the recipe slightly and get a completely new flavor. To do this, replace the lime with two tablespoons of soy sauce.
The composition and the amount of all the other ingredients remain unchanged, the only thing that takes half the salt. This must be done so as not to skip our snack.
Our soy sauce is already quite salty.
The cooking method also remains unchanged.
