Peel the hot peppers from the seeds and cut them as small as possible. Fold all the layers in a pot or thick-walled pot. Add sugar, salt, vinegar, oil, a mixture of peppers and lavrushka. Cover and send to high heat. Let it boil. After boiling, boil for 5-7 minutes. Remove the lid, stir and boil over medium heat for another 15-20 minutes. Sometimes stir. It can be broken down into sterile bottles and rolled up for winter or chilled and eaten as an accompaniment or as a main dish at the same time.
