I offer several recipes of delicious and beautiful dishes for a festive New Year’s table.
The Caesar salad has been gaining popularity lately, everyone knows, I offer a recipe for many, this dish.
You need: 400 g of green salad, baguette bread (yesterday), 1 – 2 cloves of garlic, 100 g of olive oil, 1 large egg, juice of 1 lemon, 2 – 4 drops of Worcestershire sauce, 50 g of Parmesan, some cherry tomatoes or 1 – 2 small ripe tomatoes, 10 – 15 cooked peeled shrimp, salt, freshly ground black pepper.
- The salad should be removed in sheets, rinsed, dried and removed for a time in the refrigerator.
- Prepare croutons, to do this, cut the crumb of the loaf into cubes with a side of 1 cm, spread them on a baking sheet and fry them, turning them into 180 g preheated. Oven 10 minutes.
- Crush the garlic with salt, pour a tablespoon of oil, mix everything well, add another spoonful of oil and heat in a pan over low heat.
- Transfer the croutons to the pan and heat in a mixture for 1 to 2 minutes.

To do this, for 1 serving of lettuce, take half of the salted herring, half of the pickled beet, 100 g of canned green peas, half a bulb and a green apple and 2 boiled quail eggs.
To pour: marinade beet, olive oil, mustard.

At the same time, you can add boiled, chopped carrots, boiled eggs and parsley leaves as decorations.
The broth should be drained, add finely chopped garlic cloves, boil and pour into cooked forms. Allow to cool, then refrigerate.
When the gelatin hardens, carefully remove the increased fat from above.
Ingredients: 12 tiger shrimp, 200 g of bacon, 12 cherry tomatoes and 2 potatoes.
- Boil the potatoes until they are half cooked, cut them into two halves.
- Lubricate the baking sheet with oil and inside, cut the potatoes.
- Cut the bacon into 12 thin slices, wrap each one over the peeled shrimp and cut with a wooden skewer.
- Stick the skewers on the potatoes, and on the top place the cherry tomato.
