There are many variations of the chicken diet. However, they all have common principles and differ only in acceptable foods in the diet.
A rigid chicken diet to lose weight is analogous to the Dukan diet, because the menu is based on a protein product.
Chicken diet rules in all variations:
- The daily caloric intake should not exceed 1100-1400 Kcal.
- Use only chicken fillets or chicken breasts.

The spoils can be boiled, as well as simmering with onions. Vegetables and fruits in this version of the diet are prohibited.
Chicken and rice diet. The first three days should eat boiled rice (800 grams per day of the finished product).
The next three days – boiled chicken fillet (1300 grams per day). The last three days are green apples (1.2-1.5 kg per day). The daily food ration shown should be divided into 5-6 meals.
If you meet this option, you should drink plenty of fluids, at least 2-2.5 liters of water per day.
7 day menu.
Before starting to observe the chicken diet, it is recommended to organize three days of unloading into the chicken breast to lose weight. The daily rate of chicken breast is 700 grams.
The meat must be boiled or steamed, without salt and spices, and when it is served it is filled with lemon juice. The daily rate shown should be divided into 5-6 meals.

During the diet, be sure to follow the water balance. It shows the use of 2 liters of carbonated water per day.
You can drink tea (green, herbs), berry decoctions, as well as coffee (no more than 2 cups a day), but without sugar, cream and syrups.
We offer you some recipes with chicken dishes that are suitable for different variations of the chicken diet:
- Liver 500 gr
- 3-4 onions
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
- Rinse the liver with tap water, cut it into medium sized pieces.
- Peel the onions, cut into cubes.
- Preheat the pan with vegetable oil, fry the onion until browned and add the liver.
- Simmer for 25 minutes under the lid until the liver is ready, stirring occasionally.
Stewed liver – the main dish with chicken and egg diet to lose weight with offal.
- Bird Fillet 200 Gr.

- Greens (dill, parsley to taste)
